First visit to.the GEM Shop. Everything from greeting when I entered until I completed my purchases was 5 star. Work was completed as promised and the end results were beautiful. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

The people at the Gem Shop were very pleasant and friendly. I took a ring in to have the shank on the ring fixed . After the shank on the ring was fixed, the ring was a little loose. The lady put a ring guard on it for me at no cost . We also disgusted the proper way to clean gold jewelry. At the end of our conversation on how to clean the jewelry, she gave me a jar of cleaner , at no cost .. I will continue to do business with the Gem Shop and will highly recommend them to others

My first visit here. I came to have a watch battery replaced. The people here are WONDERFUL! I bought the watch on eBay and the seller didn’t tell me it didn’t work and needed a battery. The young man there not only replaced the battery but he cleaned it and set it to the correct time. I also found a lovely ring that my husband bought for me. This is a really great place to buy jewelry and get your watches repaired. We will definitely be repeat buyers.

My ring needed repair, and I knew that I wanted to take it locally to Gem Shop. Shelley and Mike provided excellent customer service as always, and I am very happy with the repair work done to my ring. They are trustworthy and honest about any work that is needed. They are a very kind, well organized shop with beautiful items They fixed a pair of my mother's earrings and got a set of 1951 wedding rings sized and put together for me. It looked so beautiful when I received it. I really enjoyed working with them.

About a year and a half ago, I came to The Gem Shop, on a friend's recommendation. I had broken my wedding ring and decided, I was going to design a new one. I gave them an idea of what I wanted. And they created a beautiful design. The used the diamonds from my original wedding band and I wanted my center stone to be an amethyst. A big Amethyst. The ring came out beautiful. Fast forward to this year. I cracked the amethyst somehow. Of course I immediately contacted The Gem Shop. Hoping somehow they could repair my beautiful amethyst. Unfortunately it was not to be. The stone was too damaged. We searched for months for a new stone. I settled on a ruby. I picked up my new ring today. I had to bite my lip not to cry. As beautiful as the amethyst was, the ruby is ten times more stunning! Again they went beyond my expectations and I can't recommend them enough. I am a customer for life...
